Terms.
One purchase. No subscription. No ads.
The app
MONO is an iPhone app by Aaron McGuire for practicing attention through movement, sound and touch. These terms cover this website and describe our intended App Store offering.
A one-time purchase
MONO’s planned public release is a one-time paid download. The price and availability will be shown on the App Store before you buy. There is no recurring subscription, in-app advertising or sale of your data. TestFlight access is a preview and is separate from an App Store purchase.
Apple processes payments and handles purchase receipts and refund requests under its terms and applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. See Apple’s refund guidance.
Your use of MONO
The App Store version is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. You may use it on compatible devices as that license allows. MONO’s artwork, audio and software remain the property of their respective owners.
Practices and features may evolve. Preview builds can change or expire. A purchase does not promise a particular future exercise, clinical outcome or permanent support for every device.
Practice at your own pace
MONO provides attention exercises, not medical care or diagnosis. There is no guarantee of a particular improvement in focus. Choose comfortable sound, motion and haptic settings, and stop any exercise that feels uncomfortable.
